Processing Times for Orders with Print
If the order is placed before 1PM PST then the order is processed that same day and production begins the following business day, given that the Ready to Print artwork is uploaded by 3PM PST. If the order is placed after 1PM PST it will be processed the following business day.
Vinyl Prints are a 2 business day production after the order has been processed.
4oz Fabric Flag Prints are a 3 business day production after the order has been processed.
9oz Fabric Prints are a 4 business day production after the order has been processed.
What We Look For
We manually check every single artwork that is uploaded before printing.
We ask for “
Ready to Print Artwork” is that the dimensions are correct and there is no blurriness/pixilation. If you have doubts please use our templates as a guide to further assist you.
We do not check the pantone colors, we do have a
PMS Color Matching option but there are fees.
If we find any issues, we do not print we will contact the customer. If a PDF Proof is requested then we will send that to you and the order will be delayed by 1-2 business day.
Explanation of Graphic Turnaround Time
Production begins 1 business day after the order has been processed.
We will check for the Ready to Print Artwork, and if the dimensions are correct and there is no blurriness/pixilation then we proceed with printing.
If there are issues with the artwork we do not print, we will contact you via email.
Graphic turnaround time is based on normal business days Monday through Friday and does not include shipping time or federal holidays
Graphic Next Day Rush
Our Graphic Next Day Rush Printing service is a 40% surcharge on the print to ship out in 1 business day instead of the standard 2 business day turnaround time. Graphics Next Day Rush only refers to expediting the production time, it does not include shipping time. Orders placed before 1PM PST will have their order shipped out the next business day. Ready to print artwork must be submitted and in our possession by 2 PM PST in order for us to ship your order out the following business day.
Example: An order is placed with Graphics Next Day Rush on Tuesday; approved artwork is submitted by 2PM PST that same day. The order will be processed and shipped out on Wednesday with the Graphics Next Day Rush option instead of normally shipping out on Thursday with our Graphics Standard option.

We do offer Same Day Rush options, but the order needs to be placed and approved artwork uploaded by 11AM PST. We need Ready to Print artwork,

PDF Proof Requests
***PDF PROOFS MUST BE REQUESTED***
We ask for “Print Ready” images, the file you submit to use should be sized and appropriately formatted so that it can be instantly inserted into the print queue. As a customer you should double check to make sure that the artwork is properly formatted and ready to go. If you need help with artwork, our in house graphic designer is available to help you design a “Print Ready” image.
However, from time to time customers want a PDF proof. A PDF proof can easily be requested when you upload the artwork. In the message portion of the artwork upload form, you can add your details and request a PDF proof.
ORDERING A PDF PROOF WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER FROM SHIPPING OUT IN OUR NORMAL TWO BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND, with a PDF proof request your order will ship out in 4 business days with proof approval.
Proofs are sent out 1 business day after you have uploaded them. To approve the proof all you need to do is reply back to the email stating you approved the proofs we sent you. Once proofs are approved, we will ship them out in 2 business days.
Example: You place an order on Monday, we send you the proof on Tuesday at noon. We will ship the order out in 2 business days which would be Thursday.
PDF proofs are meant for you to check that the correct artwork was uploaded and the images and content is yours. We do not check for the color or typos; the customer is responsible for this. We only check the dimensions of the file and if there is any pixilation/blurriness otherwise we proceed to print.
Once the PDF proof has been approved we will proceed with printing and no more changes can be done.
If you approve the PDF proof and wish to get a new file printed you will have to purchase a new print.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Before you submit your artwork:
Please make sure that the order has already been placed before uploading and submit files that are print ready and do not require editing.
When uploading artwork, please make sure you receive an email confirmation stating that it has been uploaded, if you do not receive an email it did NOT upload. Even if it says "Sent" make sure that you receive the email confirmation.A printed image will not look 100% like the original, we can only get as close as possible. DPI
The artwork should have a minimum 150 DPI. Please only build out your files using CMYK colors.
We accept the following formats: HIGH RES JPEG, PDF, TIFF, AI, EPS, PSD. Please keep your artwork files under 1GB in file size if possible.
EPS Files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines
PSD and AI files: Layers should be flattened
Please submit artwork in the actual size you want it to be printed. For example, if the image size of your stand is 33" X 78" then you would need to submit to us a 33" X 78"
Submitted artwork does not require any bleed. We print right to the edge with color. However, please let us know if you would like to have a white border printed.
Please convert all your fonts to outlines. We do not accept font files.
We have an in house graphic designer on our team in which we charge $65/hr with a minimum of two per design for a full on design. If you are interested in design, call to inquire.
Revisions/ Image Editing
If you choose us to make some basic revisions to your files we charge $65/hr, with a minimum of one hour. We can change proportion, text, color, size, etc.
Physical proofs are not required, however we can provide a printed proof at an additional cost depending on square footage and shipping. This will delay your order several days.
PDF proofs are free but must be requested through special instructions in checkout or through the YouSendIt message field.
Please check all colors in a pantone book to verify you are creating the artwork as close as possible.
If you are printing on vinyl go ahead and use a coated book, if you are printing on fabric go ahead and use an uncoated book.
When printing on fabric, please keep in mind that the material is white and we are dyeing it this will cause 1-2 shades of dullness.
